A Toast to Bourbon, Beach Towns & Beautiful Journeys
There’s something timeless about a perfectly crafted Old Fashioned — a glass of rich, slow-sipping warmth that reveals something new with every swirl. For Marcus, it’s more than a cocktail — it’s a ritual. A signature. A small but significant pleasure that reflects his appreciation for craftsmanship, character, and care in the details.
🔥 Bourbon, The Marcus Way
Marcus’s bourbon collection tells a story: one of adventures, homecomings, and personal favorites that stand out for their smoothness and soul.
Some of his go-tos include:
- Maker’s Mark – a classic, approachable pour with warmth and a soft finish.
- Litchfield Distillery Vanilla Bourbon – a local gem from their home state of Connecticut, infused with delicate vanilla that plays beautifully in cocktails.
- St. Augustine Distillery – a handcrafted Florida favorite with deep caramel and spice notes, discovered during a trip to Northeast Florida when shopping for Inns.
