- Rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside the Inn only.
- We reserve the right to re-assign rooms when necessary.
- Guest rooms are double occupancy only excluding Captain Suite (4 guests max).
- We are unable to accommodate pets. Service animals are welcome.
- First night deposit is due at time of booking and will be refunded if room is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
- If cancellation within 7 days full cancellation is due.
