A Month Worth Toasting
On January 10th, we’ll gather with family to celebrate our wedding close to home. Then, on January 31st, we’ll exchange vows again, this time surrounded by turquoise water, warm breezes, and a small circle of dear friends in the British Virgin Islands.
It feels fitting, really. A New England winter anchors us here, and an island horizon calls us forward. Two incredible January moments, one love story, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.

To mark the occasion, we’re celebrating with a classic Champagne cocktail. The Captain’s Sparkling New Year Champagne Cocktail is understated, timeless, and endlessly romantic.
Sparkling New Year Champagne Cocktail
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist
